Our staff of professionals are available to answer questions, schedule appointments, explain our services, and most importantly, make you feel relaxed and at peace. Here are a few things to consider to ensure you have a positive experience with us:

Arrival Time
Please arrive early, approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late will deprive you of minutes of your treatment.

Consultation
Please note all hair color services start at a minimum price. We recommend a consultation prior to booking appointment.

Group Events
For parties of 4 or more there is a 20% deposit on credit card and a 15% staff gratuity fee. Proper coordination of your group reservation requires additional time. Group availability is limited, please inquire.

Cancellations
A major credit card will reserve your appointment time. Spa packages require a 48-hour cancellation notice and hair treatments require a 24-hour cancellation notice. We strictly adhere to this policy.

You are only responsible for $30 for each hour that you have reserved. Kindly observe our cancellation policy to avoid being charged for a schedule appointment.

Late Arrivals
